Meeting on the overall Platform for Change

29Nov09 -- The content of an overall Platform for Change was discussed at a very well-attended and lively meeting on November 28 2009 in the Bo Tree Restaurant. Click here for the a presentation I gave which explained the thinking behind the two-page draft, also attached there, which I had shown to the management committee. This incorporated the three policy briefs we had elaborated on education, sustainable development and intercultural dialogue.

After a very useful discussion, it was agreed that what was needed for the broadest public consumption was a single-page assertion of what Platform for Change was and what it stood for. The other material could then be treated as supporting matter. Comments are very welcome as to what that one page should look like, or otherwise on any of the material attached.

If you haven't been sufficiently party to these discussions for this to be clear, do come back and I'll explain more.
